PromptForge is an open-source project. All custom code and interface design authored by Raj Kishor Mahapatra are made available under the project's chosen license. Generated prompts belong to the user, provided they do not infringe upon third-party rights.
We do not store or track your personal identifying information. However, prompt inputs are processed through third-party APIs. Do not submit sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information (PII) into the prompt generator, as we cannot guarantee the data handling practices of external API providers.
PromptForge is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Raj Kishor Mahapatra shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to the accuracy of AI-generated content or service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raj Kishor Mahapatra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights through generated content.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
