2. Use of Publicly Available Endpoints

This utility does not bypass security walls, hack, or decrypt any restricted systems. It simply formats and navigates to the public citizen certificate routing endpoint (https://edistrict.odisha.gov.in/t/<TOKEN>) that the official Odisha e-District portal provides in SMS receipts to applicants.

All certificates retrieved originate directly from the government servers to the end-user's web browser.

3. Anti-Spam & Fair Use Requirement

This tool is provided strictly for individual citizens and operators needing occasional manual retrieval of approved certificates.

• Do NOT spam: Only query tokens when legitimately requested by or belonging to the applicant.
• No Automated Scraping or Bots: Any automated polling, bot querying, bulk harvesting, or stress-testing against the official servers using this tool is strictly prohibited.
• Respect Government Server Bandwidth: Query only when required to ensure public servers remain accessible for all citizens.

4. Zero Storage & Complete Privacy

Docuvate operates on a 100% client-side privacy architecture. No certificate tokens, download links, IP addresses, or document files are stored, cached, tracked, or sent to any third-party or Docuvate server. All network communication is established directly between your client browser and the government host.

5. Limitation of Liability

Docuvate and its maintainers assume no liability or responsibility for any server downtime, incorrect token submissions, failed certificate downloads, or changes made to official government endpoints. Citizens are advised to verify the validity of their documents through official government portals.
